They are now looking for a part-time Driver to join them on a permanent basis, working 15 hours per week. The role will involve working Sunday and Monday, 7.5 hours each day, with regular paid overnight stays.

The Role

As a Driver, you’ll provide a safe and enjoyable transportation service to the people using our client’s services to and from their centre in West Sussex and on journeys throughout their stay.

Using a variety of vehicles, you will help create positive member experiences, ensuring a seamless service, transporting members for appointments or group outings, and focusing on safety, support and communication.

As part of your role, you will:

- Plan and manage routes considering passenger needs and comfort

- Perform routine vehicle checks and report any issues

- Escort and provide sighted guiding when required

- Assess venues for accessibility and suitability

About You

To be considered as a Driver, you will need:

- A clean, valid driving licence with category D1 entitlement (for a minibus)

- Experience in customer service

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, databases and intranet systems

- A solution-focused approach
