Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, challenging, and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners
  • Monitor, assess, and report on student progress in line with school policies
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student wellbeing and achievement
  • Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives
  • Participate in extracurricular activities and wider school life
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is working towards it
  • Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching
  • Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills
