£28,700 per annum 39 hours per week Location: Connaught Court, St Oswalds Road, Fulford, York, YO10 4FA As a Facilities Assistant, youll be a key player in keeping the Home safe and fully functional.

With your practical expertise, youll take pride in tackling repairs, whether its fixing plumbing, ensuring fire doors and lighting are working, or handling other maintenance tasks.

Youll respond swiftly to challenges, working closely with the Facilities Manager to ensure safety and comfort.

This includes checking water temperatures, testing electrical equipment and handling plumbing repairs.

Youll also help ensure fire safety and complete minor carpentry work, working alongside the Facilities Manager to keep the Home running smoothly.
