We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Chef to work in this fabulous, authentic, Italian fine dining restaurant. As a chef you will be preparing classic Italian dishes, alongside the Head Chef and team to a 2AA rosette standard. You must be local to Bray, Berkshire or drive

The Person
The ideal Chef will have the following:
Experience as a Chef ideally at rosette standard
Experience with Italian cuisine
Fresh food background
Professional kitchen experience
Happy to do splits when needed
Be local to the restaurant in Bray or have own transport
