Traffic Marshal – Essex

Dewey Group are currently looking for an experienced Traffic Marshal to join an upcoming project based in Essex. Start Date: TBC – expected late September / October Location: Essex Duration: Long-term Position: Traffic Marshal Requirements The successful candidate must have: * Valid CPCS or NPORS Traffic Marshal / Vehicle Banksman ticket * Safety Critical Medical – candidates must either hold a valid Safety Critical or be willing to complete one prior to starting * Previous experience working as a Traffic Marshal / Banksman on construction sites * Good understanding of site health & safety procedures * Ability to safely coordinate and direct vehicle and plant movements * Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a site team * Previous experience working on piling projects is preferable Role Responsibilities You will be responsible for safely managing vehicle and plant movements around site, communicating with operators and site personnel, maintaining safe access and exclusion areas, and supporting the site team with general traffic management duties. Experience working around piling rigs, heavy plant and piling operations would be particularly beneficial
