About the role
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Gas Safe Plumber to join a professional property maintenance team supporting a prestigious residential portfolio.
Responsibilities
* Install, maintain and repair hot and cold water systems, drainage networks, sanitary ware and central heating systems.
* Diagnose and resolve plumbing faults efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to clients.
* Test, commission and maintain closed-loop heating circuits and associated plant.
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repair works.
* Maintain accurate records of completed works, materials used and remedial actions taken.
* Manage and maintain an appropriate inventory of plumbing materials and consumables.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and other trades to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Adhere to all Health & Safety legislation, risk assessments, safe systems of work and COSHH requirements.
* Participate in an on-call and seasonal rota as required.
* Undertake additional duties reasonably requested by management within the scope of the role.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Essential
* NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 in Plumbing (City & Guilds or equivalent).
* Gas Safe Registered.
* Unvented Hot Water Certification.
* Strong understanding of plumbing and heating systems.
* Knowledge of current Building Regulations.
* Understanding of Health & Safety legislation and COSHH requirements.
* Proven experience in plumbing installation, maintenance and fault diagnosis.
* Ability to work independently and effectively within a wider maintenance team.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Own hand tools.
* Full UK Driving Licence.

* £45,000 per annum
