Production Operative

Quick Staff UK is hiring on behalf of a busy and growing manufacturer in Hengoed. We're looking for reliable and hard-working Production Operatives to join the team and help keep the production line running smoothly.

Key responsibilities:

Assembling and inspecting small parts
Counting and packing items into boxes
Labelling boxes accurately
Cutting and trimming small plastic or rubber components
Working independently and as part of a team
Following all safety rules - safety footwear is essential

Key requirements:

Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
A team player with strong attention to detail
Someone who's punctual, reliable, and takes pride in their work
Previous factory or production experience is a bonus but not essential
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliability and a positive attitude towards work

SWorking Hours:
(Rotating weekly)

Week 1: 6:00am - 2:00pm
Week 2: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
