Shifts: Monday Friday 7am - 1pm OR 1pm - 7pm Location: Belfast, UK Pay rate: £15.00 p/h Key Responsibilities: Assisting clients in finding their way around the office. Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans. Preparing meeting and training rooms. Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary. Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls. Sorting and distributing mail. About You: Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers) Professional attitude and appearance Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Youre someone who balances productivity with a sense of fun, helping to create an atmosphere where people enjoy coming to work.
