Building Surveying Associate Director

We are looking for an experienced Associate Director of Building Surveying to join a growing multidisciplinary team in Bristol.

This is a senior role combining technical Building Surveying, client management, team leadership and business development, with varied work across public and private sector clients.

The Role

• Lead and deliver Building Surveying and consultancy services
• Manage key client relationships and develop new business
• Support bids, tenders, scopes and fee proposals
• Manage projects from inception through to completion
• Lead, mentor and develop Building Surveying teams
• Support regional growth and strategic business plans
• Work collaboratively with wider multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain high standards of quality, service and commercial performance

About You

• MRICS or FRICS with a relevant construction qualification
• Strong Building Surveying and consultancy experience
• Proven experience winning new work and developing client relationships
• Experience managing projects and survey programmes
• Previous team management xwzovoh and mentoring experience
• Strong commercial awareness
• Confident dealing with clients and senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Full UK driving licence / ability to travel as required
