About you Proven experience in construction, with a strong background in groundworks, civils, and new-build projects Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple trades, subcontractors, and project schedules Strong understanding of health and safety standards, holding SSSTS or SMSTS certification Effective communicator, organised, and proactive Willing to travel across Northern Ireland What you'll do Lead daily site activities, overseeing groundworks, civils, and new build operations Supervise trades, subcontractors, and ensure high standards of workmanship Coordinate project sequences to keep activities on schedule, resolving issues swiftly xwzovoh Maintain full compliance with health & safety legislation, RAMS, and site procedures Collaborate with clients, project teams, and design professionals to ensure seamless project delivery Monitor site productivity, quality, and ensure project milestones are met from start to finish For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact VANRATH today for a confidential chat.
