The Role

You will join a market-leading Residential Property and Leasehold Enfranchisement team, acting for a broad range of clients on high-value property transactions, lease extensions, and freehold acquisitions. The role offers exposure to technically challenging work, dealing predominantly with prime central London residential property matters.


What They’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years’ PQE in residential property
  • Experience handling leasehold enfranchisement matters
  • Excellent drafting and client management skills
  • Ability to run transactions with minimal supervision and work collaboratively
  • Strong academics and technical ability
