Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking temporary Student Support Assistants for a FE College, to support learners with SEND and EHCPs.

Role Details:

• Hours: 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 6 hours per day)
• Pay: £16.68 per hour (paid through umbrella)
• Key Responsibilities:Provide 1-to-1 and small group academic and pastoral support.
• Work in and out of the classroom to develop students' independence and social skills.
• Liaise with tutors and the Head of SEND to maintain a safe learning environment.
• Requirements: Must have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
• Professional, personable approach to working with young people.
