The Role
As a Senior or Principal Consultant, you'll:
Generate new business and build long-term client partnerships
Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
Build and own a high-value candidate network
Cross-sell wider project solutions
Drive your own desk revenue with full ownership and autonomy
Join an experienced team building our new European business unit
Use our 25-year UK track record to win trust in the European market
Develop your own niche vertical within engineering
This is not a relocation requirement. This is a market expansion opportunity.
