Are you passionate about working with children and looking to build a long-term career in early years education?
As a Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprentice , you will be supported by experienced practitioners who are passionate about mentoring and helping apprentices grow into confident early years professionals. For the right candidate, there is a strong opportunity to move into a permanent role and continue building your career in early years education.
What Youll Be Doing As an apprentice, you will:
Support children at different stages of development and abilities , ensuring every child feels valued and supported.
Help create a calm, stimulating and prepared learning environment inspired by the Montessori approach.
Encourage childrens independence through hands-on activities and exploration .
Support daily routines including meal times, outdoor play, and personal care.
Observe and support childrens individual development and learning journeys.
Work closely with experienced staff who will mentor and guide you throughout your apprenticeship .
Entry Requirements A genuine passion for working with young children.
A caring, patient, and motivated attitude.
Commitment to completing the full apprenticeship programme.
Role details:
Position: Early Years Educator Apprentice (Level 3
Hours: 35 hours per week
Working hours: Between 8:00am 6:00pm (shift-based)
Contract: All year round
Requirements:
A Level 2 Early Years qualification is required
Passion for working with young children
Reliable and committed
