Building Services Technician £38,300 Mon-Fri 07:30-16:00 Annual bonus I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a major, well-established UK organisation for a skilled Building Services Technician to support operations across a diverse sites.

The Role As a Building Services Technician, you'll be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimisation of key building systems.

You'll ensure facilities remain operational, efficient, and compliant with all relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across mechanical and electrical systems Diagnose faults and carry out reactive repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure Support statutory compliance and health & safety standards across all sites Respond effectively to emergency maintenance requests Maintain accurate documentation, service logs, and compliance records Manage contractors What We're Looking For Experience in building services, facilities management, or a similar environment Relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent) Multi-skilled with a strong understanding of M&E systems Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively Strong communication and problem-solving skills What's On Offer Ongoing training and career development opportunities Stability within a large-scale, reputable organisation Exposure to a varied and interesting assets This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated building services technician looking to build a long-term career within a respected organisation—while remaining part of a supportive and professional team.
