A new opportunity has arisen to join us as a Trainee Sales Executive at our Newbury dealership.

The Company will offer a unique opportunity to start a career in automotive sales with vehicles that combine style, performance, and smart technology.
Youll support customers as they explore these modern, tech-forward vehicles and guide them confidently through the buying process.
Duties will include: Assisting customers in finding their desired vehicle Contacting interested parties and customers by telephone and in writing to generate Sales Leads.
Conducting face-to-face meetings Informing and advising visitors on the full Chery range of vehicles, equipment, prices, conditions, technical data and other information Evaluating used cars and conducting appraisals of customers vehicle.
Assessing the condition of Trade Ins and ensuring all defects /damage reported and recorded prior to a Part Exchange price being agreed.
Organising and carrying out test-drives and evaluate results.
Involvement in sales events.
Guaranteeing professional level of product presentation (price marking, accessibility, cleanliness, etc).
What we are looking for: A genuine passion for cars and customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
A full UK driving licence.
Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not essential.

Weekend work on a rota basis will be required however; a 5-day week will be worked.
