This opportunity sits within a specialist engineering team supporting a large-scale national platform to securely exchange information between systems, organisations and professionals.

The team owns and operates core platform services as well as supporting other engineering teams to deliver secure applications and services onto the wider platform.

Alongside maintaining reliability and resilience, there is a strong focus on improving engineering standards, platform capabilities, automation and developer experience across the estate.

We are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer with a strong software engineering background who enjoys working across cloud infrastructure, automation, CI/CD, observability and secure engineering practices.

While Python experience is highly desirable, strong engineers from other programming backgrounds will also be considered.

This is a hands-on engineering role within a collaborative, product-oriented environment where you will contribute to the delivery and operation of nationally significant healthcare services. xwzovoh
