£17,769 per annum Part time, 21 hours per week over 3 days Location: Shannon Court, Shannon Court Road, Hindhead, GU26 6DA As Training Manager, youll lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of all learning and development activities for our home staff.

From mandatory training and Care Certificate programmes to experiential learning and induction, youll ensure our teams are supported, skilled and confident to deliver exceptional care.

If you have worked as a Care Trainer, Training Officer, Learning and Development Practitioner or Skills Coach, and love helping colleagues grow through coaching and training, you belong here.

Your role combines delivering hands-on learning, coaching in practice, evaluating outcomes, and keeping accurate records of attendance and progress.

Youll collaborate closely with the Home Manager to continuously improve training programmes, compliance, and ultimately, the quality of care delivered.
