Backed by a global insurance enterprise, the business combines the pace and autonomy of a startup with the stability, investment, and long-term vision of a major international group. They’re rebuilding insurance technology from the ground up, replacing legacy platforms with modern, cloud-native products focused on real-time data, automation, AI, and seamless digital customer experiences. They’re looking for strong engineers and technical leaders from modern Microsoft environments who thrive in fast-moving, product-led businesses. Strong Fullstack engineering background with deep expertise across .Net, Azure, React and modern web technologies • Experience leading projects, mentoring engineers, and helping drive technical direction within fast-paced teams • Passion for engineering best practices including clean code, testing, performance, and modern development workflows • Comfortable operating in ambiguity within scaling, evolving environments where speed and quality both matter The environment is highly collaborative, product-focused, and engineering-led, with significant investment being made into technology, AI, and modern software practices over the coming years.
