We are currently recruiting for an experienced BMS Package Manager to join a leading contractor delivering complex projects across London. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in mission-critical environments within one of the fastest-growing sectors in construction.

The Role

As a BMS Package Manager, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of the Building Management System (BMS) package, ensuring seamless integration, commissioning, and handover across large-scale data centre developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of the BMS package, from design through to commissioning and handover
• Coordinate with MEP teams, subcontractors, and specialist BMS vendors
• Ensure systems are delivered in line with project specifications, programme, and quality standards
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS systems
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and drive programme milestones
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and relevant standards
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing technical support and updates

Requirements

• Proven experience as a BMS Package Manager, BMS Project Manager, or similar role
• Strong background working on data centre or mission-critical projects
• In-depth knowledge of BMS / controls systems (e.g. Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, etc.)
• Experience managing specialist subcontractors and commissioning processes
• Strong communication and coordination skills
