This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced Human Factors professional who can combine deep technical expertise with commercial awareness, capability development and stakeholder influence at senior level. The successful candidate will help shape the future direction of the Human Factors offering within a well-established consultancy environment supporting some of the UK’s most complex and safety-critical projects. You will work closely with technical and commercial stakeholders to strengthen market positioning, support business growth initiatives and provide technical leadership across a varied project portfolio. This role offers significant influence across both operational delivery and long-term strategy. Provide technical leadership and oversight across complex programmes and projects Applicants should demonstrate substantial Human Factors experience within nuclear, defence or other high-hazard industries, alongside a strong track record of technical and strategic leadership.
