Apprentice Senior Care Assistant

We are hiring an experienced Senior Care Assistant for a well‑established elderly care home in Garforth, Leeds. This role is ideal for a Senior Care Assistant with care home experience who is confident leading shifts and delivering high‑quality elderly care. Provide person‑centred elderly care Lead and support Care Assistants on shift Complete care plans and risk assessments Monitor resident wellbeing and escalate concerns Ensure CQC compliance and care standards Experience as a Senior Care Assistant ~ Care home background (elderly care essential) ~ Level 2 Health & Social Care ~ Level 3 desirable or willingness to work towards) Experience as a Senior Care Assistant, care home background, good leadership and communication skills. Level 3 Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it. Pay range and compensation package £13.90–£14.45 per hour, competitive hourly pay with weekend uplift, fixed 2‑week rota (includes alternate weekends).
