Specialist Occupational Therapist - Autism School

Band 6/7 Occupational Therapist Location: Farnborough, Basingstoke, Winchester & Southampton Role Type: Permanent (Hybrid, 3–5 days per week) Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 7 Occupational Therapist to join a specialist paediatric service supporting neurodiverse children and young people aged 2–25 across Hampshire. The role involves working with children and young people with a range of neurodevelopmental needs, including autism, ADHD, sensory processing difficulties, and developmental coordination challenges. This is a hybrid role combining clinic, school, home, and remote working, with additional senior responsibilities including clinical leadership and service support. Manage a specialist paediatric neurodiverse caseload aged 2–25 Develop and implement individualised therapy plans Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation Significant experience within paediatric occupational therapy Strong knowledge of autism, ADHD, sensory processing, and neurodevelopmental conditions Full UK driving licence preferred for community-based work
