Were recruiting for a Property Manager to join a well-established and growing lettings team in St Austell. Youll take responsibility for a mix of residential properties, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive a smooth, professional, and responsive service.

Package:
£27,000 to £29,000 per annum

Responsibilities :
Managing a portfolio of residential properties from start to finish
Coordinating maintenance works and liaising with contractors
Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
Carrying out property inspections and ensuring compliance is up to standard
Overseeing move-ins and move-outs to ensure a seamless process
Keeping systems, records, and diaries organised and up to date
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in property, lettings, or a similar customer-focused role such as holiday homes or hospitality property management, other experience xwzovoh considered
Strong communication skills confident, clear, and professional
Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
A proactive mindset someone who solves problems before they escalate
Positive, team-focused attitude with a good level of initiative
