- Garretts Green People Solutions are currently recruiting for a HGV Class 1 Night Driver to join our well-established client based in Garretts Green, Birmingham .

This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a LGV Class 1 Driver , CE Driver or Articulated Lorry Driver .

Shifts: Monday
- Friday nights: start times between 17:00–21:00 Rates of Pay: • £17.25 per hour (basic) Benefits: As a HGV Class 1 Driver, you will receive: • Excellent hourly rates • Ongoing work • Weekly pay • Site canteen • Training provided • Genuine temp-to-perm opportunities • Employee well-being programme Day-to-Day Duties: As a HGV Class 1 Night Driver, your duties will include (but are not limited to): • Depot-to-depot trunking routes and trailer swaps • Conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections • Ensuring all loads are secured safely and correctly • Adhering to traffic laws, company procedures, and delivery schedules Essential Skills: As a HGV Class 1 Driver, you will need: • Valid UK Category CE (Class 1) driving licence • Minimum of one year Category CE driving experience • No more than six penalty points for minor infringements and no major • Valid UK CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card • Good spoken and written English xwzovoh Desirable Experience • Previous commercial driving experience Training Provided • Driver assessment required prior to start • Industry-related training and ongoing support Apply: If you are an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver looking for a stable role with excellent pay and long-term opportunities, apply today to be considered.
