Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Commercial Vehicle Prepper to join their production team.

The Role: As a Commercial Vehicle Prepper, you will play a key role in preparing commercial vehicles and components to a high standard prior to paint and final finishing.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare commercial vehicles, panels, and components for paint application Sanding, filling, and surface preparation Ensure all work meets company quality standards Inspect surfaces for imperfections and rectify where required Work closely with paint and production departments Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment Adhere to health & safety procedures at all times Requirements: Previous experience as a Vehicle Prepper, Bodyshop Prepper, or similar role Experience working on commercial vehicles, HGVs, vans, trailers, or fleet vehicles preferred Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset Ability to work efficiently to deadlines Good team player with a positive attitude Knowledge of bodyshop tools and preparation techniques Benefits: Competitive salary of £28,000 £32,000 Overtime opportunities Pension scheme Holiday entitlement Stable permanent position Career progression opportunities within a growing business About us: TLP Recruitment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers. xwzovoh
