Wh ere youll b e working: AsApprentice Sales Executive(Level 4) in our Commercial Team y ou will be working in the South East / North East (dependent on successful applicants location) and studying for your Sales Executive Apprenticeship Level 4 through a reputable training provider.
As part of your role, you will have the following responsibilities: Deliver the Solutions selling strategy, growth and lead generation within your defined area.
Deliver solutions to specifiers and contractors needs, to ensure as order bank of sales that can be delivered through our distribution partners.
Work closely with the Technical Solutions team who will provide technical support and solution design help secure specifications with focus on decarbonization.
Identify opportunities for utilizing existing brands for further acquisition and company growth into new sectors within the HVAC sector.
Fully embracing the vision and values of the company.
Organised, pro-active approach to managing sales activity for the company.
Deliver the budget and build the project pipeline.
Meet and exceed all KPIs outlined by your Manager .
Manage day-to-day activities, reports and communications.
Forecast demand and identify trends by having close relationships with key customers and decision makers.
Working on multiple projects at different stages , at the same time.
Providing detailed consultations with Design engineers and Contractors.
Negotiating and managing the needs and expectations of our customers aiming to influence the buying decision.
What were looking for: Theres a new opportunity within our Commercial Technical Solutions Manager
- Solutions for either the South East / North East Area (dependent on successful candidates location) .
Youll be r eporting directly to the Head of Commercial Product Sales, youll play an integral part maximising market share and sales through relationships with specifiers & Key contractors in offering solutions to the market in line with customer requirements.
You will need to enhance the customer experience and provide a competitive advantage within Commercial HVAC market for Baxi.
Essential Keen interest /studied/ experience in Mechanical engineering / building service/ architecture discipline .
Creative problem-solving & solution focused Ability to use mathematical concepts to create solutions for presentation and implementation to a non-technical audience.
Highly numerate, ability to turn data into information and action.
Excellent all-round communicator, possessing strong electronic, written and oral communication abilities, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
Able to multitask under pressure Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
