Key Stage 2 Teacher Location: Barnet, North London Salary: £41,935 - £56,154 (M3-M6) Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Start Date: September 2026 Salary will be determined based on experience and position on the Main Pay Range. The maximum salary applies to candidates with substantial teaching experience. The successful Key Stage 2 Teacher will take full responsibility for a KS2 class and play an important role in the continued success of the school. The Role As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will: • Plan and deliver engaging, creative and challenging lessons across the KS2 curriculum. • Assess, monitor and support pupil progress to ensure strong outcomes. • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND and EAL. • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues. • Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities and collaborative planning. • Maintain high expectations for behaviour, learning and achievement. Requirements • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). • Proven experience teaching within Key Stage 2. • Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and assessment framework. • Excellent classroom management and organisational skills. • Ability to inspire, motivate and challenge pupils of all abilities. • Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
