Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 p/a DOE (+ Bonus) Hours: 37.5 Hours (Full Time) Essentials: A full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle, previously experience working as a 360 recruitment consultant preferably in the logistics sector

ShiftHero are recruiting for driven and commercially minded 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Batley. This is a full-cycle recruitment role where you'll take ownership of a warm desk, looking after both client development and candidate delivery, giving you full control over your desk and earnings.

Key Responsibilities You'll be responsible for the end-to-end booking of temporary staff
You'll hit the road, building relationships with clients and developing new business opportunities
You'll advertise current opportunities and continue to build on our community of hard working heroes
You'll interview, recruit and manage the booking of temporary works in your area
What We're Looking For Previous experience working as a 360 recruitment consultant (preferably logistics)
Great interpersonal skills, confidence and experience in managing relationships with both candidates and clients
The ability to work under your own initiative and enjoy been part of a team
