Barcud Shared Services is expanding to meet client demand. We support a diverse range of socially focused organisations across Wales and the wider UK, including housing associations, charities and other not-for-profits. We’re now looking for a

Internal Audit Manager

to play a central role in delivering and shaping our Internal Audit service. If you’re excited by variety, motivated by quality and thrive in a supportive, people centred environment, this is an opportunity you’ll want to explore.

Salary in the region of £55,000.

As our Internal Audit Manager, you will:

Be a key part of the Risk Assurance service’s expansion in this exciting period of growth for the company, providing valuable support to the Head of Risk Assurance/Internal Audit and wider business.



Be a champion for quality, ensuring every engagement meets the highest standards of clarity, insight and professionalism



Work with a diverse client base that values our service, giving you exposure to multiple sectors, organisational cultures and risk environments



Play a key role in embedding continuous improvement and innovation



Build strong relationships and add value at all levels

What you’ll bring:

Strong communication and stakeholder skills

A passion for quality and a sharp analytical mind

Experience delivering and reviewing internal audit work to a high standard

Strong leadership and management experience

Ability to solve problems quickly and professionally

CIA / CMIIA (or equivalent) or relevant experience










Location:

This is a hybrid role, requiring some on-site and some remote working. The majority of our clients are currently in South Wales.
