Location – Ballygawley, Co Tyrone
Type – Full or Part-time
Salary - £13- £20/hour DOE
Overview:
We are currently recruiting for both part-time and full-time Instructors to join our clients adventure business. The successful Instructors will be responsible for leading our activities whilst ensuring the safety of customers, ensuring the centre is kept to a high standard and working as part of the team to ensure all customers have a fantastic experience.
While no formal qualifications are necessary, they would be advantageous. Full Training in all activities will be given.
Key Responsibilities:
Instructing visitors on the safe use of equipment and vehicles
Preparation of equipment and areas for instruction
Preparation of team room, vehicles, and other equipment for use by visitors
Checking and maintaining equipment with high regard for safety
Cleaning up equipment and vehicles after groups have left
Entertaining customers and ensuring they have an excellent experience
Moving quickly from one activity to another in accordance with fluctuating timetables
Other ADHOC duties as required
Primary Activities:
4 x 4 Off Road Driving
Off Road Truck Run
Clay Pigeon Shooting
Rifle Range Shooting
Archery
High Ropes
Climbing Wall
Paintball xwzovoh
Hours of Work:
Full-time hours – 35-hour week including weekends (By negotiation and timetabled)
Part-time hours - primarily weekends
Seasonally-based work – increased hours available during Christmas event, summer break etc.
Essential Criteria:
An outgoing and confident personality
High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Attention to detail
Proven time-keeping ability
