This is a field-based role offering variety, independence, and the opportunity to work directly with customers to deliver high-quality repairs and replacement services.

What Youll Be Doing Visiting customers at their properties across Crawley and surrounding areas

Diagnosing and resolving issues relating to windows and doors

Carrying out repairs and replacements to a high standard

Providing excellent customer service and explaining repair options clearly

Ensuring all jobs are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales

Using PDA systems to accurately record job information and updates

Maintaining company tools, equipment, paperwork, and vehicle checks

Following all Health & Safety and company compliance procedures

What Were Looking For Essential Minimum 3 years experience with window & door products

Full UK driving licence

Strong communication and customer service skills

Professional and positive attitude

Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

Pride in delivering first-time fixes and quality workmanship

Desirable Previous installation/fitting experience with windows and doors

Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Ability to multitask and adapt throughout the day
