About the Role

We are recruiting Physiotherapists across the UK to train and work as Functional Assessors, supporting the delivery of high-quality health assessments that contribute to important public services. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians seeking a more structured working pattern, improved worklife balance, and clear career progression.

Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will use your clinical expertise to assess individuals functional abilities through a combination of clinical observations, evidence reviews, and structured consultations. Full training is provided, and previous Functional Assessor experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional assessments with claimants using a structured, clinical approach
  • Review medical evidence and produce high-quality clinical reports
  • Work within professional standards and HCPC guidelines
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical best practice
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and use clinical judgement to support fair and accurate decision-making xwzovoh
About You

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be a HCPC-registered Physiotherapist
  • Have a minimum of 1 years post-registration experience working as a Physiotherapist in the UK
  • Possess strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
  • Be comfortable working with technology in a hybrid environment
  • Have a patient-centred approach with high professional standards
