We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Membership Sales Advisor at The Club. In this role, you will provide valuable information about the Club's facilities, membership packages and pricing, either in person or over the phone, to prospective members. Your responsibilities will include managing the sales process from initial lead generation to successful outreach, handling telephone and web inquiries, and ensuring prospective members are fully informed about our offerings. Additionally, you'll maintain our membership database, encourage referrals from existing members, and ensure all procedures for processing applications are followed. You will also stay informed on health and safety procedures and ensure the highest standards of personal presentation and hygiene.

Sales experience desirable but not essential.
Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours - weekends and bank holidays
