This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong motor vehicle background and a genuine interest in motorsport, whether that is Formula 1, rallying, track work, performance engineering or the wider racing industry. You do not need previous teaching experience. The college will support you through a Level 5 teaching apprenticeship, with protected weekly study time. What you’ll be doing You will teach Motorsport and related motor vehicle subjects to Level 3 and degree-level learners, helping students build the technical, practical and professional skills needed for careers in the motorsport and automotive industries. What we’re looking for You will need: A minimum Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle A genuine interest in motorsport Strong industry knowledge or practical experience A positive, supportive approach to learners Motorsport experience would be beneficial, but it is not essential Interview process The process will include an informal chat, followed by a microteach and a formal interview.
