You'll own compliance, quality and safeguarding, while driving sustainable growth through sharp KPI and capacity reporting. We need proven leadership in adult social care. Strong domiciliary experience is essential. So is a solid grasp of CQC standards, the Mental Capacity Act and medication governance. You'll manage, coach and develop a care team, optimise rotas, and build relationships with commissioners and local authorities. Level 5 Diploma preferred. Registered Manager experience a bonus.
