Make a Real Difference Every Day Mental Health Support Worker 📍 Scrutton Close & Newman Court, Oxford 💰 £27,051.44 - £28,900 per year (depending on experience) 🕒 37 hours per week, Monday – Sunday, inclusive of bank holidays, shifts include mornings, evenings & weekends. The relationships you build and the support you provide can have a lasting impact on someone's recovery journey. What You'll Be Doing You'll: ? Support residents with daily living skills, wellbeing and independence ? Build positive, trusting relationships ? Encourage people to achieve personal goals, access education, employment and community opportunities ? Work alongside healthcare professionals, families and support networks ? Promote mental and physical wellbeing ? Help create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment ? Learn and apply therapeutic approaches including Talk Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Informed Care What's In It For You?
