Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion.

Advise clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process, ensuring clear and practical guidance.
Support first-time buyers, including those utilising co-ownership and government-backed schemes.
Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties to progress transactions efficiently.
Draft and review contracts, reports on title, and related legal documentation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate case records.
About You Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing.
Able to manage files independently with confidence and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach.
Organised and capable of managing a busy workload effectively.
A team player who values collaboration and high standards of service.
Experience advising first-time buyers or working with shared ownership schemes is advantageous.
