Investment in people is built into our culture, and there are opportunities for driven individuals to achieve their career aspirations within the company.Job Summary:Reporting to the Recruitment Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the end to end process for various departments and brands across the Group. Your role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, sourcing top talent, conducting video screening interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience.Key Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, and support the end-to-end recruitment process for internal vacanciesReview and shortlist applications against various role requirements using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Conduct initial candidate screening calls and face-to-face interviewsCoordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managersUtilise various recruitment channels (such as job boards and social media) to attract and engage a diverse pool of candidatesAssist in the development and negotiation of job offers, ensuring alignment with organisational policiesWork closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth on boarding process for new hiresWhat are we looking for:Previous experience working in customer servicePrevious experience working to targets or KPIsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent telephone mannerAbility to prioritise and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of recruitment processes and estate agency (desirable)What we can offer you:Proven track record for career growth and advancement within the companyMarket leading training and ongoing professional developmentSupportive and collaborative team environmentBenefits:Group discounts with large retailersGenerous holiday allowance, increasing by 1 day per year based on service up to an additional 5 days holiday per yearVolunteer opportunitiesLRG are an equal opportunities employer and encourage candidates of all backgrounds to apply.
