Painter & Decorator Solihull £32,000 per annum We are looking for a fabric maintenance engineer, from a painting and decorating background to work at a prestigious site in South Birmingham,. This role will suit a painter that wants to be site based, and lives within reasonable commuting distance of South Birmingham.  This role is mainly Monday - Friday but with some weekend working required (time off in lieu).  You'll be a qualified painter and decorator ideally with experience working in the maintenance industry, and be someone that is looking for a settled, site based, permanent role.  Main duties: Carry out painting and decorating tasks.  Reactive repair work as and when required Support colleagues with general maintenance tasks as and when required Maintain accurate records including logs, paperwork, reports and H&S documentation.
