The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in commercial assurance, NEC contract management, and defined cost auditing within a large-scale, highly regulated infrastructure setting.

Key responsibilities will include: Administration and management of NEC contracts Auditing and validation of defined costs Cost assurance and commercial reporting Change control and compensation event assessment Supporting project controls and forecasting activities Building strong relationships with clients and project teams About You We are keen to speak with commercially driven professionals who have experience operating within major infrastructure, engineering, utilities, energy, or regulated project environments.
