What You’ll Be Doing
* Develop, own, and maintain robust, resource-loaded project programmes that drive delivery certainty
* Lead planning input across tender, pre-construction, and live project phases
* Identify and manage critical path risks, opportunities, and programme impacts before they become issues
* Track progress on-site and translate real-world delivery into clear, actionable updates
* Work closely with delivery teams to shape recovery strategies and sequencing solutions
* Integrate subcontractor programmes into a single, coordinated delivery model
* Produce high-quality reports, lookaheads, dashboards, and programme submissions
* Support and develop 4D planning and impact analysis to improve visualisation and decision-making
* Attend site visits and progress meetings, acting as a key voice in planning discussions
What You’ll Bring
* Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (essential)
* Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts and their planning requirements
* Experience leading or driving collaborative planning environments
* Ability to confidently interpret technical drawings and construction methodology
* Excellent communication skills—you can influence both site teams and senior stakeholders
* Strong organisational ability and calmness under pressure, even when deadlines tighten
* A proactive mindset with a focus on solutions, not just schedules
Desirable Experience
* Exposure to Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC)
* Previous site-based engineering or construction experience
* Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
What’s on Offer
* Competitive salary + comprehensive benefits package
* Pension scheme, life assurance, and private medical cover
* 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
* Strong commitment to professional development and career progression
* A collaborative, supportive environment where your expertise is genuinely valued
