HR Officer – Inverness
Inverness (Office Based)
£36,636 per annum
Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
6–8 Week tempoaray Contract - possible extension
Our third-party client is looking for an experienced HR Officer to join their team in Inverness on a temporary basis.
Main Duties:
Provide HR advice and support to managers on disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, and capability matters
Support hearings, investigations, restructures, and employee relations processes
Respond to HR queries and maintain accurate records and reports
Assist with policy guidance, workforce planning, and HR projects
Build strong working relationships with managers and stakeholdersKey Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in an operational HR role
Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload
Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel and SharePoint
CIPD qualified or willing to work towards qualification preferred
