Set within a stunning 5-star resort, this vibrant restaurant is known for its theatre-style dining experience, featuring live cooking stations and a huge focus on fresh, seasonal produce and international flavours.
As Chef De Partie, youll be working across a variety of sections, preparing dishes from scratch in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. The food offering celebrates everything from fresh pasta made daily and premium seafood to robata-style grilling, Asian- and Tandoori-inspired dishes, seasonal salads, and classic Sunday roasts. Many ingredients are sourced directly from the estates own kitchen garden.

Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or strong Demi Chef De Partie
Solid fresh food background with xwzovoh strong classical techniques
Passion for high-quality ingredients and modern dining experiences
Comfortable working within a busy service with high standards
Positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to develop
