Our client, a specialist SEN school, is seeking an experienced School Business Manager to join their leadership team overseeing two of their wonderful provisions based in Wilmslow and Stoke on Trent. This role is central to the effective running of the schools and covers finance, HR, operations, compliance and strategic support.

About the Role

This role is central to the effective running of the schools and covers finance, HR, operations, compliance and strategic support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on school finance, budgeting and resource management
- Oversee HR processes, recruitment and staff compliance
- Manage school operations including estates, procurement and health & safety
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, GDPR and regulatory requirements
- Support the Headteacher and senior leaders with strategic planning
- Maintain smooth day-to-day operational running of the school
- Experience as a School Business Manager or similar operational leadership role
- Strong financial management and budgeting skills
- Knowledge of HR, compliance, health & safety and school operations
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work proactively and collaboratively
- Commitment to supporting a positive school environment
