About The Role:This role is itinerant, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm ideally the candidate will be based in the South East of England as occasional travel is required to Watford, and other site visits could be up anywhere in the UK excluding Scotland so travel flexibility is required. This role includes the option of a company car or car allowance. Key Responsibilities:• Provide leadership, inspiration, and control in each aspect of contract delivery for the Cleaning contract working with our Retail clients• Full budgetary and commercial responsibility• Leadership and lead by example in culture of safety, opportunity, inclusiveness, and diversity• Deliver a contract which achieves statutory compliance, KPI adherence and achieves high standards of service delivery• Ensure that a Continuous Improvement Process is an integral part of service delivery, adding value to both the business and our client• Ownership of customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer experience, true partnership and collaborationKey Hiring Criteria• Extensive experience working in a similar role for an FM service provider (ideally within Cleaning/Soft Services but there could Total FM aspects to some contracts so those with a background in Hard Services or combined FM is beneficial)•Extensive experience at the Senior Management level running facilities management contracts•Excellent commercial and financial acumen•Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively to a diverse stakeholder base•Strong management skills and ability to form collaborative working relationships and communicate with a large and varied delivery teamAbout The Company:OCS UK & Ireland is a leading facilities management company with 50,000+ colleagues and a turnover in excess of 2bn.
