Help people build confidence and develop life skills. Offer emotional support and promote independence.What you need Right to work in the UK. At least 6 months paid UK care experience in the last 3 years. An Enhanced DBS for England or Wales, or PVG for Scotland, or AccessNI. Clear communication skills.
