ServiceNow Business Analyst Remote  Outside IR35 Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in analysing, designing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that align with our business needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that our ServiceNow platform operates effectively and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. - Analyse and design ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Serve as a liaison between the IT department and business units. - Assist in the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow modules. - Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for optimisation. - Develop detailed documentation and training materials. - Support end-users and provide troubleshooting assistance as needed. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with expertise in ServiceNow. - Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and configuration. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - ServiceNow certification is a plus
