Warehouse Operative Location: Banbury Pay rate: £14.35p/h std rate, £21.52p/h overtime rate Hours: 07:00 – 16:20 Any 5 days out of 7 (Saturday always off + 1 additional day off during the week) We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation in Banbury. This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity working within a chilled warehouse environment. Candidates must be comfortable working in cold temperatures. Duties will include: * Voice picking using a headset system * Picking and packing orders accurately * General warehouse duties * Working towards productivity targets * Maintaining health & safety standards * Handling stock within a chilled environment Requirements: * Previous warehouse experience preferred * Comfortable working in chilled temperatures * Good communication skills * Reliable and hardworking attitude * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment What We Offer: * £14.35 per hour * Full-time ongoing work * Consistent shift pattern * Friendly warehouse team environment If you are interested in this role, please apply today.
