- Supported Living Location: Leicester Contract: Permanent, Full time Salary: £14.95 per hour / £31,096 per annum Shifts: Shifts are07:3019:30 shifts on a 2:1 support model Are you an experienced support professional looking to step into a leadership role where you can genuinely make a difference every day? We are recruiting a Team Leader to join a high quality Supported Living service for adults with additional needs, including learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, sensory impairments and physical disabilities.

This is a hands on leadership role where you will spend most of your time working directly on shift , supported by allocated time for essential admin and leadership duties.

What youll be doing Leading a small team to deliver safe, person centred and meaningful support Creating and managing rotas to ensure staffing levels meet service needs Acting as a role model, coaching and mentoring staff to deliver high?quality care Completing and reviewing support plans, risk assessments and daily records Overseeing incident reporting, ABC analysis, medication audits and documentation Promoting dignity, respect, independence and community inclusion Working collaboratively with families, professionals and external agencies Supporting service users with daily living, personal care, community access and skill development Contributing to an on?call rota for emergencies and unplanned absences What were looking for Experience leading or supervising teams in care or supported living Strong understanding of learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs Excellent communication, xwzovoh organisation and problem?solving skills Confident using IT systems and app based software A flexible, proactive and person centred approach Full manual driving licence essential What youll receive £14.95 per hour Full time, stable employment Supportive leadership and ongoing training Opportunity to develop your skills and progress within a growing service If youre passionate about delivering high quality support and want a role where you can lead, influence and make a real impact, wed love to hear from you.
